The Job: The EMEA Head of Project Process Management is accountable for developing and leading Project/Program and Process Management functions for SEF across all EMEA sites. This role ensures effective execution of both internal and external projects, drives process improvement initiatives, and establishes best practices to maximize operational efficiency and project delivery across the region. What You’ll Do: Build and lead Project/Program and Process Management for SEF across EMEA. Manage projects from initiation to completion, coordinating resources and timelines across sites. Maintain close partnership and communication with the Regional GM for alignment on priorities and deliverables. Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Foster collaboration and communication between sites, departments, and project teams. Establish and monitor KPIs for project and process management; report progress to senior management. Integrate customer requirements and feedback into project and process management practices. Lead change management initiatives to drive business transformation and continuous improvement. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to project and process management teams. You also have: Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred). Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly desirable. Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in process and project management within industrial manufacturing (automotive sector preferred). Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site, or global initiatives and teams. Demonstrated success in process improvement projects using structured methodologies. Significant experience with cross-functional collaboration and leading change management in complex, matrixed organizations. Direct responsibility for strategic project execution, process optimization, and measurable performance improvements at the enterprise level. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and strategic thinking, with experience in business transformation. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills. Advanced expertise in digital transformation, change management, and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma). Proficient in project/process management tools and data-driven decision-making.
