This is senior leadership role will provide a unified leadership and direction to a team of up to 15 across three areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and board level strategy. This role will play a key role in influencing and delivering cross-functional initiatives.

This role involves integrating Property, Buying, and Facilities into a unified function that aligns with the overall business strategy! You’ll lead, develop, and encourage three functional managers and their teams, ensuring consistent high performance across all areas. As a senior leader, you’ll also act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, offering insight on commercial priorities, compliance, and long-term strategy.

Property:

• Develop and deliver a strategic property plan including acquisition, lease management, and refurbishment.
• Coordinate capital projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget and timing goals.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and site readiness across our estate.

Buying:

• Lead the procurement strategy for goods and materials across retail, production and service areas.
• Lead pricing initiatives to balance profitability with market competitiveness.
• Supervise and lead stock levels, turnover, and supplier performance.

Facilities Management:

• Lead all aspects of facilities operations—maintenance, security, cleaning and service contracts—across all sites.
• Ensure compliance, presentation, and operational perfection.
• Drive sustainability forward with smart, scalable solutions.

• You’ve reduced costs while improving service and site performance.
• Stock is optimised, suppliers are delivering, and stakeholders are engaged.
• Major projects land on time and on budget.

Do you bring the right experience?

• Senior leadership in buying, property, or facilities across a multi-site business.
• Strong commercial skill with shown cost control and pricing strategy experience.
• Project management experience across estates, refurbishments or site launches.
• Excellent IT and data capability, including Excel and inventory/FM systems.
