Head of Property & Fleet   Lead the assets that help power Western Australia’s future   At Western Power, the places we work from and the fleet that keeps our people moving are critical to delivering safe, reliable power to communities across Western Australia.   We’re looking for an experienced, values‑led leader to step into the pivotal role of Head of Property & Fleet – a role with real scale, influence and impact.   This is your opportunity to shape and lead a diverse, high‑value property and fleet portfolio; driving performance, sustainability and long‑term value as we transition to a cleaner energy future.   Your Role in Action   You’ll lead the full asset lifecycle – from strategy and design through to acquisition, operation and disposal – ensuring every decision balances safety, performance, commercial outcomes and future readiness.   In this role you will: Provide strategic leadership across our property, real estate and fleet portfolio, aligning asset performance to business and commercial objectives Own and optimise all owned and leased premises, delivering operational excellence and strong financial outcomes Lead major property transactions, refurbishments and negotiations, maximising return on investment Embed sustainability through Green Star and ESD principles, creating a resilient, future‑focused asset footprint Develop and execute an integrated Property and Fleet strategy that anticipates demand, unlocks efficiencies and enables growth Set and continuously uplift fit‑for‑purpose design, construction and maintenance standards Deliver commercially competitive, customer‑focused fleet and facilities services backed by strong financial discipline and data‑driven decision making Build and lead a high‑performing team, fostering accountability, strong governance and continuous improvement   What Makes You a Great Fit   You’re a confident senior leader who blends strategic thinking with practical delivery in complex environments.   You’ll bring: A values‑led leadership style and a strong track record of building inclusive, high‑performing teams Broad or deep experience across property, construction, project management, fleet or a related discipline Proven success delivering commercially sound, fit‑for‑purpose asset solutions at scale Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Sophisticated commercial and negotiation capability Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or a related field   By joining Western Power, you will contribute to powering a cleaner energy future.
