THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Head of Property Management & Operations to lead our group operations and property portfolio. Reporting directly to the Board, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage residential and commercial assets, and drive efficiency across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape processes, develop teams, and ensure we deliver excellence across everything we do.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee management of residential & commercial properties
• Maintain tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly
• Manage budgets, rent collections & financial reporting
• Coordinate property maintenance & inspections
• Streamline operations and improve processes across departments
• Support strategic planning & business growth initiatives
• Recruit, mentor, and lead operational teams
• Ensure compliance, quality, and risk management standards
