WHAT TO EXPECT

As Head of Property you will oversee the management, acquisition, and development of the company’s property portfolio that we require to develop, test and build our VX4 aircraft. You will manage and lead a growing team which provides facility, workplaces and project management services to the business.
The role requires strategic planning, leadership, and operational management to achieve the overall business objectives. You will lead acquisition and disposal of properties, including negotiations, due diligence and transaction management.
You will manage property development projects from inception to completion; ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Preparing and managing the property budget, monitoring financial performance and ensuring cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement property strategies and business cases for our future engineering, manufacturing and test facilities aligned with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Oversee the management of all current and future company properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Lead the acquisition and disposal of properties, including negotiations, due diligence, and transaction management.
  • Manage property development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Prepare and manage the property budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Lead and develop the property and facilities teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with property management and development activities.
