The Head of Property is a hands-on role responsible for leading the Maintenance and Traffic Warden Teams and ensuring high-quality property services across all campuses. Working closely with the Capital Projects and Infrastructure Manager, the role supports emergency management as Deputy Chief Warden, contributes to the planning and delivery of minor capital works, and provides advice on building life cycles, compliance, cyclic maintenance, and operational budgets to support the School’s programs and strategic goals.
