ABOUT THE ROLE

Team – Clinical Leadership Team
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

TOP 3 SKILLS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:

• Proven track record of leading successful improvement initiatives across healthcare networks
• Experience in cross-functional leadership across clinical, commercial, and operational teams
• Experience in data analysis and contractual development within the PMI/private healthcare sector

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ALL ABOUT:

This strategic leadership role puts you at the heart of how we define quality, value, and consistency for our members. You’ll take full ownership of performance frameworks, driving innovation and embedding a shared understanding across clinical, administrative, and service teams. With deep experience in private healthcare or insurance, you’ll lead initiatives that align internal stakeholders and external providers. You will help us evolve how we engage with the market.
