THE ROLE
This is more than a sales leadership role—it’s a rare opportunity to shape the future of public sector transformation in Germany. As the Head of Public Sector – Germany, you will have the mandate, resources, and executive backing to build something with long-term meaningful impact - for some of the most critical public institutions in the country as well as for Celonis. If you’re motivated by purpose, responsibility, and the opportunity to lead from the front—this is your moment.
You will define our strategy and build key relationships at the highest levels. Your focus will be on driving engagement and sales across the largest German governmental ministries and organisations at federal, state and municipal levels, including the Federal Employment Agency, Federal Police as well as Military institutions and Social Services. You will play a pivotal role in positioning Celonis as a strategic transformation partner for these institutions. You will grow and lead a team of Strategic Account Executives and collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders across Direct and Indirect Sales, Partner Management, Value Engineering, Business Development, and Professional Services.
