Do you want to shape quality processes, lead a high-performing team and actively develop the Ichtershausen site? Then become Head of Quality (m/f/d) at Marquardt and take on a key role in a dynamic, technologically advanced environment.

What you can expect:

• You lead and further develop the entire quality organization (QM, operational quality, supplier quality, complaints, metrology, series quality planning).

• You will shape the quality strategy at the site and be responsible for reducing the Cost of Poor Quality.

• You ensure product and process quality throughout all development and production phases.

• You are responsible for the management system, including all certifications (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001) as well as FMEA, environmental and waste management.

• You will further develop quality supplier management and conduct customer and supplier audits.

• You work closely with customers, suppliers and local departments to manage quality issues efficiently and in a solution-oriented manner.

• As a member of the site management team, you will actively drive the strategic development of the Ichtershausen site.

You bring the following:

• 3-5 years of experience in quality management and 3-5 years of management experience (ideally in the automotive or electronics sector)

• Sound knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and FMEA

• Proven success in managing and reducing the cost of poor quality

• Completed technical studies (e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering)

• Very strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Strong independence, leadership skills, and a proactive and solution-oriented work style

• Very good German and English skills
