• You will develop and implement a company-wide quality strategy and build our quality management system from the ground up.
• You will analyze our production processes directly on the shop floor, conduct root cause analyses, and sustainably reduce scrap and error rates.
• You will establish a professional Continuous Improvement process and actively drive Lean and Six Sigma projects forward.
• You will build a meaningful KPI system and keep a close eye on key figures such as complaint rate, first pass yield and process stability.
• You work closely with production, impress with strong expertise rather than hierarchy, and consistently drive necessary changes forward.
• You use modern methods and tools to standardize workflows and continuously raise our manufacturing quality to a new level.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• You bring at least six to eight years of sound professional experience in quality management in a highly automated series production environment.
• You have demonstrable experience in setting up quality management systems, in process analysis, and in carrying out Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• You think entrepreneurially, consistently get to the bottom of problems on the shop floor, and impress with your analytical acuity and strong assertiveness.
• You communicate clearly, directly and reliably, and you guide teams through changes with your expertise.
• You are curious about modern approaches, use new tools for process optimization, and proactively question existing processes.
• You have very good German skills, both spoken and written.
