The business manufacture naval steel electro and mechanical equipment.
This position is due to ongoing substantial growth planned within the UK and Internationally with orders for 20 plus years.
The Head of Quality is responsible for leading the organisation’s quality management strategies and ensuring that products and services meet the highest standards of quality. This role involves overseeing quality control and assurance processes, managing teams, developing quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with relevant industry standards.

Full time, on-site position responsible for;

• Document control, audits, process improvement
• Policy and procedure management

We are looking for:

• Professional relevant qualification and certifications ( Quality, Audit)
• Strong level of experience of the main responsibilities as listed above (circa 6 years)
• Experienced within a highly regulated field within manufacturing/ engineering ie oil&gas, marine, defence, air, chemicals etc
• Excellent communication & organisational skills

Salary £70-80K plus dependent on experience + car allowance and other benefits
