Description

This role is responsible for talent management, development, retention and succession planning across Property Loss Adjusting. Reporting to the Head of Property, it brings together people development and quality in a practical, hands-on way. The focus is on strengthening technical excellence, consistency, commerciality and customer service, while building a strong pipeline of talent for the future.    The Head of Quality and People Development will:  * Lead talent management, retention and succession planning across Property Loss Adjusting  * Strengthen quality through a focus on report writing, commerciality, customer service and professional development  * Help build the next generation of talent in a market where technical capability is increasingly hard to find    This role reflects our belief that one of the best ways to stay strong as a business is to grow our own talent. Across the industry, experienced technical capability is becoming harder to replace, which makes knowledge transfer, development and succession planning more important than ever. It is also why we continue to invest in structured pathways that help our people build meaningful careers here.    Who should consider it?  This role could be a great fit for someone ready to take their loss adjusting experience in a new direction and make a broader impact across the business.  * Experienced Chartered Loss Adjusters who enjoy mentoring, relationship-building and helping others grow  * People interested in shaping quality, professional standards and succession planning across Property Loss Adjusting  * Previous loss adjusting experience is essential, and business development experience would be an advantage    Keen to explore it? Apply with your resume and a short cover letter outlining your experience and what excites you about this opportunity.   Additional information * Employment is subject to a national police check  * Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents
