We are excited to offer the role of Head of Quality – Product Innovation, Lifecycle & Release
The Head of Quality – Product Innovation, Lifecycle & Release is responsible for implementing product quality strategy to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory standards. This role is a people management role which requires overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception/development and throughout each product’s lifecycle
This 3-year fixed term role reports to a Director, Quality - Product Innovation, Lifecycle & Release and will be required to be work from either of our work sites in NSW – Warriewood (preferred) and Surry Hills at least 4 days a week in office and 1 day a week working from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Leadership and Management: Implement the product quality strategic plan, lead and mentor the Product Innovation, Lifecycle team, fostering a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement to deliver a competitive edge for Blackmores.
  • Quality Standards: Oversee the development, implementation and robust processes and standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, TGA, safety standards and customer-specific requirements. Ensure the Product Innovation, Lifecycle teams are up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and evolving best practices.
  • Process Improvement & Risk Management: Drive the adoption of best practices in quality management and continuous improvement. Identify, assess and mitigate quality risks at each stage of the product lifecycle.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate cohesively with key stakeholders, including Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance (PV), Quality Assurance, Product Development and Group Operations.
