JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead and oversee the IT Quality function, ensuring that systems, processes, and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives

 Establish quality benchmarks and ensure adherence across all stages and projects.
 Design and oversee quality assurance (QA) frameworks and methodologies for IT processes and deliverables.
 Conduct regular quality audits and compliance checks to ensure standards are consistently met.
 Establish and track quality metrics KPIs, ensuring the timely identification and resolution of issues.
 Analyze data trends to recommend improvements in service delivery and system performance.
 Drive continuous improvement initiatives including AI and automation across the operations, focusing on enhancing system and service reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
 Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
 Ensure IT processes and outputs comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
 Maintain and update IT quality documentation and frameworks as necessary.
 Lead initiatives to promote a culture of quality within the different teams.
 Provide training and resources to staff to enhance understanding and implementation of quality standards.
