The Opportunity TRIBES Search in partnership with Inreal Group is looking for a professional to structure and scale the group's real estate brokerage activities with external clients and partners. In this role, your primary focus will be to organize and grow the brokerage function – setting direction, aligning processes, and ensuring consistent performance. While sales or brokerage experience is valuable, direct selling is not the core expectation. The role You will take ownership of the brokerage activity with a primary focus on commercial real estate: Define what the business should look like and how it should operate Build a clear business case: where to invest, how to grow, what to prioritize Structure and lead the team (brokers, partners, future hires) Bring credibility in the market and open doors at a senior level Establish a high-quality, discreet, client-focused service Gradually scale the function into a strong, recognized market player Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate real estate brokerage activities across different client segments Define and implement processes, standards, and ways of working Drive performance through clear goals, metrics, and accountability Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining a strong external market focus Contribute to the strategic growth of the brokerage business line This role requires someone who can both see the direction and make it happen.
