We are a fast-growing logistics company seeking an experienced Head of Real Estate & General Affairs to lead our real estate strategy and general affairs functions. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring our facilities, workplaces, and support services enable efficient operations, scalability, and long-term business growth.You will oversee a diverse portfolio of logistics facilities and offices, manage critical infrastructure projects, and ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective work environments across the organization. Responsibilities Real Estate & Facilities Lead the company’s real estate strategy in line with operational and expansion needs Manage site acquisition, leasing, renewals, and exits for warehouses, distribution centers, yards, and offices Oversee construction, fit-out, and refurbishment projects from concept to completion Ensure effective facility maintenance, security, utilities, and environmental management Optimize space utilization and drive cost efficiencies across the real estate portfolio General Affairs Oversee general affairs functions including office administration, security, transportation, cleaning, and other workplace services Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for workplace operations Ensure compliance with regulatory, health & safety, and environmental requirements Lead business continuity, emergency preparedness, and facility risk management initiatives Leadership & Governance Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Real Estate and General Affairs team Manage budgets (CAPEX and OPEX), contracts, and vendor relationships Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and senior leadership to support business objectives Skill & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field 8+ years of relevant experience, including senior leadership responsibility Strong background managing logistics, industrial, or multi-site facilities Experience in managing cold chain logistics preferred Proven experience in real estate negotiations, project management, and regulatory compliance Solid financial and commercial acumen Confident leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us Play a key role in shaping the infrastructure of a growing logistics business High-impact leadership position with regional / multi-site exposure Collaborative, performance-driven environment Competitive compensation and benefits package
