Job Title: Head of Recruiting Operations Department: Recruiting  FLSA Status: Exempt Reports to:  President  Position Summary:  General purpose:  This role does not directly manage recruiters, but is responsible for the strategy, infrastructure, and optimization of the recruiting organization—ensuring teams have the tools, processes, training, and vendor partnerships needed to deliver at a high level. You will play a critical role in enabling recruiting performance, improving efficiency, and supporting company growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own recruiting strategy and delivery framework Design and evolve recruiting workflows, processes, and best practices to improve speed, quality, and consistency * Lead recruiting tools and technology Oversee ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools, ensuring they are optimized, adopted, and delivering value * Manage external vendor relationships Partner with job boards, sourcing platforms, and recruiting vendors to enhance talent pipelines and manage spend * Drive continuous improvement Identify gaps in performance and implement process improvements that increase recruiter productivity and results * Build and deliver training programs Train recruiting teams on tools, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistent execution * Support hiring and onboarding of recruiters Partner with leadership to attract, hire, and onboard new recruiting talent * Use data to inform decisions Track and analyze recruiting metrics to guide strategy, tool investment, and process improvements Required Skills and Experience  * 10+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting operations, or recruiting leadership * Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, tools, and delivery models * Experience working with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms * Proven ability to improve processes and drive adoption across teams * Strong communication, training, and stakeholder management skills * Experience working with the different tool vendors
