Our client is one of the leading Groups in UAE and the GCC Region with business interests in different segments. Specializing in IT Solutions & System Integration, AI & Digital Solutions they have a large market share in UAE.

The company is now looking to hire a Head of Recruitment for its expanding needs to cater to the whole MENA regional market for middle to senior management recruitment.

The role requires you to be an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in managing the Talent Acquisition requirements of a large corporate. Experience is required in managing Permanent Staffing and Hiring. Recruitment using Agencies and Partners, Implementing Assessment Tools and Testing. Middle East Experience is essential.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualified HR Professionals with 10 to 15 years of experience in the relevant role in the IT Industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Senior Management experience.

Corporate experience in a similar role is essential. Recruitment Agency experience without corporate experience will not be considered.
