• Permanent/Continuing, full-time appointment • Level 8/9: $120,866 - $149,960 + 17% Superannuation The International Student Recruitment team sits within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Growth & Global) portfolio and plays a pivotal role in advancing UOW’s global engagement strategy. As part of a university with a strong international presence and students from more than 130 countries, the division leads market development, relationship management, and strategic recruitment initiatives across key global regions. Working closely with partners, agents, and internal stakeholders, the team ensures UOW and UOW College continue to attract high quality international students and maintains its reputation as a world class, globally connected institution. This position will be the onshore-based regional lead responsible for driving high quality international student recruitment to UOW Australian campuses and UOW College from critical markets in North & Southeast Asia including China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and The Philippines. Acting as the primary onshore link between these markets and UOW’s central strategy, the role oversees the end to end execution of regional marketing, recruitment, and conversion plans. You will lead high performing offshore teams, optimise complex agent networks, and leverage deep regional expertise to deliver sustainable growth while ensuring compliance and student quality.
