Job Description:
- Lead and execute group-wide talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and executive hiring initiatives across multiple business units.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including executive search, headhunting, talent mapping, employer branding, and stakeholder management.
- Drive recruitment performance through ATS optimization, recruitment analytics, KPIs, and process governance.
- Lead and develop high-performing recruitment teams while partnering closely with senior leadership on strategic hiring decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or anyrelated field.
- Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment analytics and talent mapping methodologies.
