Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring a Head of Region – Africa to lead our business growth across the continent. This is more than just a role – it’s an opportunity to own a regional P&L, on a career track aimed at developing future GMs, COOs, and CPOs.
We’re looking for a commercially-minded, analytical, and customer-obsessed product leader with deep familiarity with African markets to shape and execute the strategic roadmap for this critical region.

You operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and empathy, and are excited to grow as a future GM. You thrive in roles that demand ownership across:

  • Customer Understanding (Heart) – deeply empathise with customer needs and design experiences tailored to their context.
  • Unit Economics (Business) – understand LTV, CAC, pricing, and promo mechanics with fluency.
  • Product & Data (Technical) – drive roadmaps in partnership with product/engineering; articulate analytical asks independently.
  • Strategic Integration – connect the dots across departments and geographies, bringing clarity to complexity.
  • Leadership – influence, align, and elevate across teams while delivering scalable, sustainable growth
