This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and strategic senior manager to join our team. The desired candidate will have significant experience in a senior management role, preferably within the care sector for older people. The position is, however, open to candidates from other industries with transferrable skill sets and a wealth of management experience. The Head of Region will provide effective line management and support to the individual home managers to facilitate the smooth running of the care home and the provision of service excellence. This is a regional role covering the Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Carmarthenshire region. It is therefore essential that the post holder possesses a UK full, clean driving licence and preferably, their own vehicle.
