EXPERIENCE TO SUCCEED
Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Proven track record in dealer network development and management.
Comprehensive understanding of the automotive market and dealer operations. Experience in developing and implementing service improvement strategies.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using relevant CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Dealer Development Director, the Head of Regional Dealer Development (Greater London & East) will play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our dealer network across the region. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strategic vision and a commitment to achieving ambitious business objectives.
Develop and implement regional dealer development strategies.
Lead business negotiations and support the establishment of new dealerships.
Ensure compliance with dealer access standards and processes.
Oversee regional showroom construction and adherence to company standards.
Monitor dealer performance and propose tailored incentive programs.
Conduct dealer training sessions on product knowledge, sales, and customer service. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to dealers.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust dealer strategies accordingly.
