EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Masters degree in Development Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10-15 years in the financial services sector, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles in international settings, preferably in multiple regions, including Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
• Proven expertise in financial products, lending, building partnerships, and multi-stakeholder governance.
• Proficient in deal structuring, regulatory compliance, and financial principles.
• Strong project and portfolio management capabilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong alignment with Oikocredit’s mission and values.
• Resilient, with a focus on continuous learning and adaptability.
• Committed to sustainable development and organizational growth.

Lead the regions to manage a high-performing, impact-driven debt investment portfolio, totalling € 500 million. Ensure alignment with Oikocredit’s mission by balancing financial returns with social impact, building partnerships, and ensuring compliance across diverse regional contexts.
