Group Legal Head of Regulatory  You will lead the Regulatory pillar, setting the vision and strategy for global regulatory compliance in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. You will anticipate and proactively act on regulatory developments and build capabilities in prudential regulation, licensing, ESG, financial crime, privacy, financial markets, technology and antitrust. You will oversee a team of legal professionals who support the business in adhering to evolving laws and regulations, and you will provide strategic advice on key business initiatives. Find out more here [https://youtu.be/gBE3ATequxM] about how you can unleash your full potential at DLL Day to day: * Lead and manage a team of lawyers focused on prudential regulation, licensing, ESG, financial crime, privacy, financial markets, and antitrust, ensuring group‑wide and global oversight while directing subordinate managers and multiple professional teams in the delivery of complex, strategic legal work. * Represent Legal as identified staff on committees such as PARC, leveraging broad, multi‑disciplinary expertise and strong influencing skills to shape decision‑making at higher organizational levels. * Serve as the Group‑level point of contact for regulatory matters across finance, treasury, compliance, risk, HR, commercial, IT, and operations, integrating deep subject‑matter expertise with functional priorities and demonstrating strong commercial awareness. * Monitor regulatory developments and oversee continuous oversight activities to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks globally, applying advanced analytical judgment and functional knowledge to solve complex, cross‑jurisdictional challenges. * Conduct regular reviews and assessments of regulatory compliance and ESG practices within DLL, ensuring comprehensive evaluation across diverse teams and contributing to functional planning, resource allocation, and risk management. * Provide guidance and training on regulatory and ESG matters, applying broad, multi‑disciplinary insight and influencing stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, to drive consistent global standards. * Lead and support sustainability projects and related initiatives with group‑wide reach, overseeing diverse contributors, budgets, and planning while embedding strategic, commercially relevant ESG priorities into the Legal function. * Collaborate with departments to embed sustainability practices into business operations, integrating legal expertise with commercial, operational, and strategic considerations and influencing decision‑makers across functions and regions. * Foster strong collaboration across the Legal network by promoting shared responsibility, collective ownership, and alignment in how we deliver, directing and influencing senior stakeholders to strengthen global cohesion within the function.
