EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance, Business or a related field, paired with hands-on experience that speaks for itself.
  • Deep experience in shaping remuneration, HR systems and people analytics, ideally gained within large, fast-moving retail or complex organisation
  • Strong expertise in executive reward and governance
  • A natural leader and trusted partner who influences with authenticity, builds meaningful relationships at senior levels, and drives clear, strategic outcomes
  • An optimistic and curious mindset that loves cutting through complexity, embracing change, and continuously elevating how we reward and recognise our people.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of strategic reward, benefits and recognition programs that are fair, competitive and people focused.
  • Oversee executive remuneration, governance and compliance to ensure alignment with our business goals and market expectations.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team across reward, systems and reporting, with a strong focus on clarity and impact.
  • Partner with senior leaders including the CEO, CFO and Remuneration Committee to ensure remuneration strategies support both our people and our performance.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement, always looking for smarter, simpler ways to add value.
