Description

Title: Head of Residential Sales
Location: Dublin 24
Type: Full-time, in-showroom (Monday- Friday and Tuesday -Saturday rotation)
Salary: 45,000-50,000 (With scope to increase for the right person)
Commission: OTE = 65,000-70,000 with no cap

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience with a demonstrable record of results
  • Strong background in consultative, B2C or specification selling
  • Experience in a luxury showroom environment is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with building materials, interior finishes, or design/construction is a
  • strong advantage
  • A consistent and professional individual who operates with integrity, takes pride
  • in their work, and delivers excellence at every touchpoint
  • Comfortable using AI tools and digital platforms to streamline workflows,
  • reduce admin time, and enhance overall sales effectiveness
  • Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and confident in owning a function with autonomy and
  • accountability
  • Strong communication skills and a disciplined approach to using CRM software
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are now hiring for an experienced, proactive Head of Residential Sales to lead the
residential sales function for a leading organisation in the luxury construction industry
This is a client-facing, performance-driven role where you will manage inbound leads,
develop relationships with key stakeholders, and convert residential projects into sales
success. You will be fully responsible for our showroom experience and act as the first
point of contact for homeowners, designers, and builders seeking premium flooring
solutions.
A comprehensive training programme will be in place from the beginning of your
employment to support you in gaining deep knowledge of our products, systems, and
approach. Upon completion of this induction period, you will take full ownership of the
residential division and operate with a high level of autonomy and continued support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential showroom
  • Handle showroom walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and presentation of the
  • space
  • Convert inbound enquiries from homeowners, designers, architects, and
  • builders
  • Build long-term client relationships and develop growth partnerships
  • Manage current key accounts and nurture up-and-coming growth partners
  • Drive revenue to meet a personal annual sales target.
  • Use our CRM (Pipedrive) to manage your pipeline and maintain sales discipline
  • Collaborate with the commercial and operations teams to ensure seamless
  • project delivery
  • Actively review your KPIs to inform strategy, performance, and process
