THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Residential Sales to lead and grow the residential division. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll take charge of the showroom experience, manage incoming enquiries, and turn residential design briefs into successful sales outcomes. You’ll work closely with homeowners, interior designers, builders, and other third-party professionals, offering expert product guidance and building trusted relationships.
You’ll begin with a structured induction, gaining a thorough understanding of the products, systems, and sales approach. Once trained, you’ll operate with autonomy — backed by a supportive team and robust infrastructure — to deliver growth and excellence in the residential channel.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and standards of the residential showroom
  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients, host appointments, and guide the client journey
  • Convert inbound leads from private clients, design professionals, and third parties
  • Develop and maintain long-standing relationships with key accounts and referral partners
  • Deliver against personal sales targets and contribute to wider business objectives
  • Manage and maintain your pipeline using CRM tools (Pipedrive)
  • Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Review performance metrics regularly to improve processes and sales outcomes
