Organizational Context and Scope Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Mission (COM) in Bangkok, Thailand and in close coordination with the Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (ROAP) in Bangkok, Thailand and relevant Units at Headquarters (HQs) and Administrative Centres in Manila and Panama, the Head of Resources Management will be responsible and accountable for supervising and managing the financial, budgetary, treasury, Human Resources (HR), Supply chain and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) activities in the Country Office (CO) and its sub-offices.
