Context Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM), and in close coordination with the Resources Management Unit of the Regional Office for Cairo, the Department of Financial and Administrative Management (DFM) at Headquarters (HQ), and the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC), the Head of Resources Management will be responsible and accountable for managing, monitoring and administering the financial, budgetary, treasury, human resources, supply chain and ICT activities of Libya Country Office and its Sub-Offices.

Responsibilities

The Head of Resources Management will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and administering the financial, budgetary, treasury, human resources, supply chain, and ICT activities for the IOM Libya Country Office and its Sub-Offices. This role operates under the direct supervision of the Chief of Mission, coordinating with regional and headquarters management units.
