Organizational Context and Scope Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM), and in close coordination with the Resources Management Unit of the Regional Office for Nairobi, the Department of Financial and Administrative Management (DFM) at Headquarters (HQ), and the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) in Manila, the Head of Resources Management will be responsible and accountable for managing, monitoring and administering the financial, budgetary, treasury, human resources, supply chain and ICT activities of Kinshasa Country Office and its Sub-Offices.
