  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver sales, KPIs, and unforgettable customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandise, training, and digital teams to bring the Lacoste brand to life in-store.
  • Ensure retail standards, product execution, and brand campaigns are flawlessly delivered at every touchpoint.
