THE ROLE The Head of Retail is accountable for setting and delivering the retail strategy across 5 States (VIC/SA/WA/ACT/TAS), driving exceptional commercial outcomes, operational excellence and a consistent, elevated customer experience across the country. Leading a team of State Retail Managers, you will empower leaders to perform at their best—building high-performing, people-first cultures that deliver strong results and bring our brand to life in every store, every day. As a key member of the Retail Leadership Team, you will shape and influence country and brand priorities, ensuring a seamless connection between global direction and local execution. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, using data and insight to unlock performance opportunities, manage budgets effectively, and deliver sustainable growth. With a deep understanding of multi-site retail operations, you will ensure excellence across all touchpoints—from inventory management and compliance through to in-store experience and brand execution. Responsibilities

Accountable for setting and delivering the retail strategy across five Australian states to drive commercial outcomes and operational excellence. Leads a team of State Retail Managers to foster a people-first culture and ensure a consistent, elevated customer experience.
