ABOUT THE TEAM

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Retention Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective retention strategies to increase customer loyalty, reduce churn, and drive long-term engagement. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in fintech, banking, casino, or gaming industries.
  • Proven experience in retention marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian at a minimum of B2 level

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retention marketing strategy to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of retention marketing specialists.
  • Create and optimize customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing messages.
  • Enhance customer retention, reactivation, engagement, loyalty, and ARPPU.
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, etc.) aimed at retaining and engaging customers.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and analytics teams to gather insights and measure the effectiveness of retention initiatives.
  • Identify key customer touchpoints and develop strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize campaigns and improve performance metrics.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our retention strategies remain innovative and competitive.
  • Report on retention metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
