NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Experience selling bare metal compute, dedicated hosting, enterprise storage, or PaaS
  • Background in verticalized sales motions (e.g., FinTech, AI/ML startups, Web3, etc.)
  • Comfort building internal sales ops processes and basic CRM workflows
  • Understanding of cloud economics and infrastructure buyer needs
  • Exposure to technical sales alongside engineering teams

    - Experience using AI-assisted coding or automation tools to increase efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As PiKNiK Cloud’s first GTM and revenue leader, you’ll play a founding role in defining and executing our go-to-market strategy. You’ll work closely with the CEO to identify our best-fit verticals, refine messaging and sales materials, and build the processes that will ultimately scale beyond founder-led sales.
You’ll act as both a player and coach: leading sales conversations, closing early deals, and shaping the frameworks needed for repeatable success. You’ll help us reach product-market fit faster by stress-testing vertical hypotheses, evolving our sales pitch, and capturing feedback from early customers.

If you’re a high-agency operator with startup experience, B2B SaaS or B2B infrastructure sales background, and a strategic mind for early GTM execution, we’d love to meet you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with the CEO to refine PiKNiK’s GTM strategy and target verticals.
  • Run initial sales conversations, demos, and negotiations with early prospects.
  • Shape sales playbooks in their messaging and materials.
  • Scale how we tell the story of our cloud platform.
  • Collect feedback from early customers to inform product and marketing.
  • Refine the internal pipeline tools and CRM workflows for sales as we grow.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer onboarding and success.

    - Lay groundwork for future sales hires and GTM team structure.
