Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Shape strategy - develop and execute commercial strategies across pricing, promotions, pack architecture, trade terms and distribution mix, delivering on revenue and profit targets.
  • Lead high performing teams - lead and coach our category management and pricing teams, building capability and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Optimise performance - oversee portfolio and assortment optimisation, identify market white space opportunities and lead category growth planning for the next 3 to 5 years.
  • Leverage insights - use consumer data, business intelligence tools and advanced analytics (including AI) to sharpen pricing, demand forecasting and promotional ROI.
  • Influence and collaborate cross-functionally - partner with leaders across the business to embed a revenue growth mindset and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
