Overview

WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, preferably in ecommerce or martech.
  • Strong ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights through both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • SQL/BigQuery, common data reporting tools, Salesforce Admin, API workflows
  • Understanding of SaaS revenue models, pricing structures, and B2B sales processes.
  • Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical and systems thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities

As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be the strategic and operational backbone of the GTM team. In this role, you’ll architect and manage the systems, processes, and strategies that power our revenue engine. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to improve forecasting accuracy, streamline the quote-to-cash workflow, and deliver actionable insights that accelerate growth.
