The job in brief: Job Title - Head of Revenue & Pricing Working model - hybrid working model from UK Team - you will join the lastminute.com Value Stream within the Revenue & Pricing department. Level - Managerial Location - London, UK Contract - Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week) Travel time required - once a quarter you will be required to reach the headquarter in Switzerland What your impact will be : Define and lead the overall revenue and pricing strategy for the Dynamic Packaging business, ensuring the right balance between growth, profitability, and competitiveness. Develop and evolve dynamic pricing and yield management models, leveraging machine learning, predictive analytics, and real-time market signals together with Strategic analytics team. Own the ingestion, validation, and analysis of internal and external data sources, including competitor intelligence, market trends, and customer behavior. Drive ongoing A/B testing frameworks to evaluate pricing hypotheses, measure impact on conversion and customer acquisition, and iterate on strategy. Partner closely with Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and market positioning. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize revenue performance. Champion automation and scalability, ensuring pricing models and tools evolve with business growth and complexity. Qualifications Your expertise: Relevant experience in Revenue Management, Pricing Strategy, or Business Analytics, ideally in an OTA, Tour Operator, or e-commerce environment. Proven experience in leading revenue optimization initiatives with measurable business impact. Deep expertise in data analysis, modelling, and visualization (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Strong commercial acumen and understanding of operational costs and revenue drivers in dynamic packaging. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders. Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to translate complex analyses into strategic recommendations. Desirable: Experience developing dynamic pricing algorithms. Background in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or conversion optimization. Familiarity with automation tools and APIs for data ingestion and price distribution.
