Description
We’re looking for a highly analytical and business-driven leader to take full ownership of our revenue performance and optimizations of the sales. This is a key role at the core of the company, combining pricing strategy,customer behavior, and commercial decision-making. You will act as the “CEO of Revenue” - driving growth, profitability, and long-term customer value in a fast-paced B2C environment. Responsibilities Own and optimize pricing strategy across products and categories Build and refine pricing models based on demand, competition, and customer behavior Increase AOV through upsell, cross-sell, and offer strategies Ensure alignment with profitability and margin targets Identify and eliminate unprofitable products, campaigns, or activities Optimize for Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) in collaboration with CRM/Retention teams Run A/B tests and continuously improve pricing, offers, and placements Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to outperform Analyze data and translate insights into fast, actionable decisions Requirements 5+ years of experience in Revenue / Pricing / Growth / Data / Commercial roles Strong B2C experience in high-scale, performance-driven environments Proven track record of driving revenue, conversion, or profitability improvements Strong analytical skills with a clear business mindset Hands-on, execution-oriented approach Ability to make fast decisions in a dynamic environment High ownership mentality with end-to-end responsibility Strong commercial thinking - balancing growth, pricing, and profitability
