Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for MarTech and SalesTech platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization’s revenue goals.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of marketing and sales technology tools, ensuring they address user needs and drive measurable impact.
  • Design and implement processes and workflows that maximize the utilization and effectiveness of marketing and sales technologies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations leaders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to empower teams.
  • Act as a change agent to drive adoption of technology platforms across the organization, ensuring alignment with business processes and user expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to standardize processes and define best practices for technology usage to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish clear metrics and feedback loops to measure technology adoption, user satisfaction, and impact on business outcomes
