Ricoh are currently recruiting for a Head of Reward and Performance, EMEA who will play a pivotal role in supporting the Reward Director to develop and implement a comprehensive reward and performance strategy for the region, aligned to the broader HR strategy and in support of Ricoh Europe’s business strategy and goals.
The role will support the design and ongoing review of reward and performance principles and frameworks to deliver the strategy, and ensure that these are communicated effectively to stakeholders across the region. The role will lead and oversee the development of reward and performance policies and process aligned to the principles, working closely with regional and OpCo reward and HR teams to ensure consistent implementation and direction of travel and overseeing compliance with European and local regulations.
Outside of this the role will actively lead on key annual reward and performance processes and cyclical activities such as bench-marking and market competitiveness assessment, pay equity analyses and reporting, performance management, and annual pay review and bonus cycle.
