About the Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Reward & Benefits to lead the strategic design, governance and delivery of Lendlease’s global reward framework. As an expert adviser to senior leaders, you’ll shape a holistic reward strategy that supports performance, equity, attraction and retention across our diverse workforce. Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer you’ll build on our strong foundation, ensuring our reward architecture is competitive, future-focused, and aligned with Lendlease’s purpose and business priorities. Lead the global reward strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, organisational values and long-term performance Oversee global remuneration governance, annual reward cycles, benchmarking, incentive programs and executive remuneration structures Provide expert strategic reward advice to management and the Board, using data-driven insights and market intelligence to inform decision-making Lead Lendlease’s global mobility strategy, covering policy design, expatriate frameworks, international assignments and employee relocations Partner with regional leaders to ensure mobility programs meet business needs Oversee the design and delivery of global and local employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, equity and alignment to Lendlease’s wellbeing philosophy Continuously evaluate benefits offerings, leveraging external benchmarking to enhance employee experience and support diverse needs across markets Lead, mentor and develop a high performing reward, mobility and benefits team. Partner closely with People & Culture, Finance, Legal and business leaders to drive integrated, consistent and globally aligned people solutions Identify opportunities to streamline processes through technology, analytics and simplification About You You’re a seasoned reward leader with deep subject matter expertise across remuneration strategy, design and governance. You bring experience as a trusted advisor to Management and the Board to deliver the right reward outcomes in the eyes of all stakeholders. You bring a depth of commercial acumen, strong analytical capabilities, and a collaborative style that builds trust with senior stakeholders.
