YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a strategic and business-minded leader with a solid managerial background in reward, mobility, payroll, or HR analytics. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment and have a strong ability to collaborate across functions and countries.

We imagine that you:

  • Have a managerial background from an international company in HR, Finance, or a closely related field.
  • Bring experience in reward, payroll, analytics, or employment law.
  • Are familiar with EU employment regulations, including pay transparency and equal pay policies.
  • Have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Are a collaborative leader who empowers and develops teams.
  • Are fluently in Danish and English, written as well as spoken.

We are looking for a Head of Reward & Analytics to lead and develop BESTSELLER’s Reward & Analytics team, while driving strategic projects that ensure we live up to both business ambitions and regulatory requirements – including the EU Directive on Equal Pay and Pay Transparency.

YOUR DEPARTMENT & ROLE

As our Head of Reward & Analytics, you take on a key position in BESTSELLER’s PEOPLE-department of more than 50 colleagues that share a dedication to support BESTSELLER and our brands within each our field of expertise.
You will be heading a department of 10 colleagues across two teams. The Payroll & Reimbursements team ensures correct payout of salaries, oversees reimbursement processes and the internal GDPR audition process. The Reward & Analytics team manages HR legal cases within the Danish organisation, takes care of the rewards area and drives complex mobility tasks.
You will be taking the lead on developing and implementing our reward and mobility agendas, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, while providing key insights through analytics.
With a strong focus on leadership, you will empower your team and collaborate across BESTSELLER to drive functional excellence and deliver business impact.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Leading the Reward & Analytics and Payroll & Reimbursements teams.
  • Ensuring global compliance with employment law, union agreements, and company policies.
  • Developing and implementing BESTSELLER’s Equal Pay and Pay Transparency project to align with EU directives.
  • Managing payroll and reimbursements for approximately 5.400 colleagues.
  • Driving reward in Denmark, including the annual salary adjustments and commission calculation.
  • Providing expert support on benefits and mobility administration.
  • Leveraging people analytics to provide insights and reporting that support strategic decision-making.
  • Acting as a key sparring partner for top management on reward and analytics topics.
