Tasks

As Head of Insurance, you will play a central role in building and developing the global insurance programs at tk accelis.

• You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of a team of three employees, including further development and resource management.
• You manage external partners, including brokers, insurers and service providers, including SLA management.
• You conduct contract and claims negotiations with various stakeholders both domestically and internationally, and provide both technical and strategic support for complex insurance-related issues.
• Observing and analyzing new risks in Materials Services and implementing appropriate insurance solutions are part of your daily business.
• Your responsibilities include ensuring efficient workflows, prioritizing processes, managing resources, and preparing and presenting decision-making documents to management.
• You actively participate in MundA projects and lead projects for the further development of methods, processes and governance structures in insurance management.

Profile

• You have a completed degree in business administration, law, insurance or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of professional experience in the field of insurance and claims management, ideally with experience in contract negotiations.
• You have gained initial leadership experience and enjoy the development of employees.
• Your knowledge in the insurance sectors of property, casualty, and transport is sound.
• You are proficient in using common insurance, claims and risk management systems.
• You have fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
• You possess assertiveness, decisiveness, strong team orientation, and a sense of responsibility.
