Responsibilities

Lead the Enterprise Services Line 1 Risk team and contribute to broader Line 1 Risk leadership.
Build meaningful relationships with the divisional executive and senior leadership team to drive risk capability and culture in the business.
Develop and execute Line 1 risk strategic priorities across the division.
Embed the IFL Risk Management Framework and deliver divisional education and awareness programs.
Partner with senior leaders to develop and maintain risk profiles for the Division and for critical operational areas.
Identify, assess, and manage risk and compliance obligations, including effective control design.
Implement and maintain controls assurance programs within Enterprise Services.
Provide risk support to major programs and initiatives, including project risk assessments.
Liaise with regulators, Member Office, and internal stakeholders to support governance and oversight.
Prepare high-quality materials for internal and external Executive, Board, and Committee meetings.
Support third-party risk and service provider oversight.
Monitor regulatory responses and coordinate action plans to address gaps.
Champion continuous improvement to systems, processes, and member outcomes..
