Your mission & challenges
As Head of Robotics Product Management, you will be the strategic and operational leader for our robotics product portfolio. You’ll define the vision, lead a high-performing team, and turn groundbreaking ideas into successful products. This role is your opportunity to shape the future of robotics – from concept to market.
Own and define the product vision and roadmap for NEURA’s robotic platforms
Build, mentor, and lead a world-class product management team
Translate complex technical innovations into clear, compelling value propositions
Align product strategy with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product success
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
Represent the product team internally and externally – with partners, customers, and leadership
Establish KPIs and ensure data-driven product decisions
What we can look forward to
Extensive experience in robotics or automation
Several years in product management, ideally with leadership responsibility
Proven ability to develop and execute long-term product strategies
Strong leadership skills: you inspire, empower, and bring clarity to your team
Visionary mindset combined with hands-on execution and business acumen
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Background in engineering, computer science, robotics, or business-related fields
