With experience in management and leadership, and advanced knowledge in all Rosa disciplines, you’ll be an established professional with a comprehensive skillset in customer management and service delivery.
This is a very hands-on role, so you’ll be expected to work flexibly and dynamically. Having been trained and accredited to Cabinet Office standards in all Rosa disciplines, you’ll be capable of drafting business cases, carrying out effective resource and financial planning, and will have significant commercial awareness. You may also have worked with other government departments in a previous role, or have experience of stakeholder management.
More than anything, you’ll be a true team player, with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the desire to pursue continuous improvement and drive the service to become a cross-government Rosa Centre of Excellence.
