THE ROLE

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, driving compliance initiatives, and improving operational effectiveness across multiple sites. You’ll be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, and delivering high standards across all venues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Managers, and on-site teams to ensure a strong and consistent safety culture.
• Develop and implement the organisation’s Health, Safety & Compliance Strategy, including annual action plans.
• Oversee and review safety policies and procedures; maintain all compliance documentation, audits, and reports in line with current legislation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments; identify and mitigate hazards.
• Manage investigations into accidents and incidents, ensuring learnings are actioned.
• Deliver training and support to staff on all aspects of health, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure all fire safety, first aid, and emergency protocols are current and effective.
• Act as the point of contact for regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
