QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or equivalent
• State/Country S+H professional certificate. H&S IOSH qualification
• H&S NEBOSH Qualification
• Proven experience of driving SHE cultural maturity through an organisation
• Production/Manuf. experience, plus experience beyond Manufacturing / SC e.g., Head office, Distribution& Logistics etc.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills distilling detailed information down into key clear messages
• Previous experience of managing large teams in a multinational environment
• Environmental awareness
