Operating from three locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we are dedicated to fostering educational excellence and guiding students towards their academic and career goals.
We are looking for a strategic, result-driven, and inspiring Sales Head to lead and expand our growing sales operations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership experience in managing large sales teams across multiple branches, and a proven record of exceeding targets and driving business growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in a senior sales management role.
  • Age must be 35-45 years.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Reporting to MD directly.
  • Experience managing multi-location sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in Education sales will be a strong advantage.
  • Multilingual candidates are welcome.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 35-40 employees across 4 locations.
  • Define and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor branch performance and provide real-time coaching, feedback, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop market expansion plans.
  • Analyze sales trends, KPIs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination among branches for consistent customer experience and brand messaging.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and lead training and development initiatives.
  • Assist in achieving company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
  • Generate leads and establish and maintain client relationships.
  • Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, projections, and action plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and meet client expectations.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to remain competitive.
